It is outdoors during winter so wear appropriate clothing. We recommend Waterproof Clothing, Socks, gloves and hats.  You must wear socks when using the skates.

Even if you are just supporting, you can still use The Ice Lounge facilities, so you can keep warm whilst watching your friends and family and its free entry for spectators.

Yes, the ice skate hire is included in the ticket price.

There is no age limit, but please consider we do not have a separate area for children. Ice Skate welcomes families with children of all ages, Penguin skating aids to hold while skating can be hired at the box office.  Numbers are limited and the hire cost is £3.
The Ice Skate staff are fully trained and will ensure the rink is as safer place as is possible for all visitors, however, we do recommend for children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and that 1 adult may accompany up to 3 children safely (1:3).

Yes. Lockers are available for hire from the box office for £1
